I’m a yoga teacher based in Bristol, here to support you in building strength, flexibility, and calm through mindful movement.
Join me Tuesday evenings at Langton Wellness Studio in Brislington for a Vinyasa Flow class. We’ll move steadily through flowing poses, helping you stretch and strengthen your body, then ease into a long shavasana to help you fully unwind.

About Me

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. It started as a way to cope with the stress of studying and life’s inevitable ups and downs. Over time, it’s become a steady anchor, helping me build resilience and stay grounded.

I’ve always enjoyed moving my body, but I often felt that movement was presented as something we do to change how we look. Yoga offered something different. The slowness, the breath, the mindfulness, it helped me tune into how movement feels, not how it looks.

I began practicing at home, short, regular classes in my own space, then gradually started attending studio sessions to expand my understanding and really embody the practice. In 2022, I went on to complete my yoga teacher training to deepen my practice and begin sharing it with others.

Yoga continues to help me meet life with more steadiness, through mindful movement, breath, and quiet moments of reflection. I hope I can share this sentiment in my classes.
